dreambox 800

got a dreambox 800 working great till i changed internet provider now on bt hub but can't get the dreambox to connect to the internet,is there something i need to do on the hub for it to connect thanks for any help

did u restart both hub and dm800? also try the network wizard in the dm800s setup menu

did that and it got ip address but now getting message cccam refused never had that before any ideas thanks again for any help
