Is it possible to test USB ports on the dreambox 800HD. I have afan running off the port but when I try and connect USB tuner (PC sees it) I get message saying no devices connected once I try and enable the driver plugin. I got a second tuner also and has the same issue.

The image would need the correct drivers in order to make the tuner ready for use?
Have you tried plugging in a USB flash drive to see if that gets picked up? -
I have the right driver files and is in downloaded on the menu option just cannot enable it as it has message no supported evices found. When I plug in flash drive how do I check that the DB800 sees it.Comment

Go into the settings menus and look for harddisk, 1 of the pages should list it, then try and initialise it, you can then use DCC to connect to the box and confirm that the USB is mounted.Comment
