No Picture only programme info

Hi my Dm800se lost picture after i inserted a USB stick .
So i then turned off my unit then the image file came up but it did not reboot just the power button was blue. So i downloaded this image sim2-ssl84b-TSimage-dm800se-1.0.0-20120228.Then reflashed with my web browser.
I have gone through all the set up . Do i need to instal a cccam if so where do i get that from or is that all built into the image file.
Also i have put the file i need to get channels in to var / etc.
After i rescan box all the info about the channel is displayd but no picture

do you have tspanal in menu?

also is tuner configured ok

Hi tspanel not in menu . tuner set for my area Astra eurobird 28.2E. Since my last post i have changed image to blackhole so will try that and see how i go

Cam has in the cfg file i have done that ftp var / etc is that correct
