screen ratio keeps changing?

hi some channels keep going to different ratios im using a dreambox dm 800 with the dream elite image and on some channels i get a ratio that has both left and right blacked out so i only get a small picture in middle of screen is there a setting to stop this? thanks

You need to find your av settings and you can adjust it in there, usually Menu > setup > system > av settings on the newnigma image not sure about yours.

if its an old program or realty tv use your tv to change view

that sorted it thanks! i was doing it with tv but it was anoying getting tv remote everytime i got 1 of those channels best way was the av settings and select both to stretch to screen works like a charm
