Create sub-folders under /media/hdd/movie?

Hi Guys

Trying to orgnaise my HDD on my gen DM800HD.

It's running Nabilosat Blackhole v0.12 and it works fine but the false root of /hdd/movie is chronologically sorted (by default) and obviously takes a while to wade through my recordings which generally fall after my daughters Disney stuff! I know I may be able to chnage the list style but I don't think that will offer me any "heirarchy"

On my Humax Freesat box series recordings are organised into folders, or you can manually create folders and relocate recordings into them.

I have tried to create subfolders in DCC but they don't show up on the DM UI. I've changed attributes on them too (in DCC) but no difference.

Alternatively I could specify on the timer to send them to a subfolder at record time if I could get one to be recognised.

Anyone else travelled this path? Most searching I've done on the forum discusses cross-platform mounts i.e. PC<->DM.

Sadly I don't think it will be really possible.

Using DCC to connect to the box you could then create different folders under that folder.

Just means before each recording you would have to go into recording paths and change the location of where you want it to record.

Yep, I've created folders in DCC but they do not appear when I press the 'video' button on the remote
