DM800 HD - newbie - switching satellites

Hi

I have just got a DM800hd clone today, this was set up for me. However once the guy left I looked at my channels and only the ones on hotbird 13 were not greyed out.

How do I switch to channels on other satellites??

I am not up to speed on this box yet

have u a motor dish ? if u have press blue button when channels menu is on and change channel view

Still can't do it, on channel list and blue button is favourites - nothing in there. I have pressed the green button for satellites and have a number of folders for each satellite but all channels are greyed out -only getting sky italia and others on hotbird - help!!

u need to setup
tuner configuration
selet LNB 1 for each sattelite

thats if yr motorized obviously

U need to set each satellite to lnb in.tuner config make sure your longitude and latitude is correct, then go to sat finder for a satellite I.e 13e hotbird, select a transponder or you can manually enter one, then go to positioner setup make sure the same details that wher on sat finder are entered on the tune page (red button) and den alter the dish position till u get best lock and save! Ul have to do this for each one.
