Crazy signal fluctuation

Hello, sorry I'm new and I don't know exactly where to post my issue.

I have a DM800HD clone with Tuner BCM4505 and nemesis 2.4 on ssl#82.

My issue is with the sat signal both SNR and AGC fluctuating crazily from 0 to 100 and not locking.

First of all, last saturday it was all fine and suddenly the day after I had no signal. After doing a trial and error as far as image, DM, cable and LNB I end up having this fluctuation. All the hardware and cabling is brand new...

I really need help as I don't know what to do to get this problem fixed.

I would appreciate if anyone as any advice or solution to provide me.

Maybe your dish is slightly out of alignment m8.

Dish is fine, pretty sure about it. The wierd thing is that if I unplug the sat cable, the signal keeps going up and down... very strange...

I had the same problem a while ago and it was my cable, re do your f connector going into the lnb and leave the centre copper wire a bit longer going into lnb and make sure the outer shield isnt touching the centre wire, also take the cover off the dreambox and make sure your tuner is pushed tight into its socket.

My cable is a ready made (all covered and sealed) specially fot sat and my box is new and is working fine at a friend's place.

If it's working fine at a friends place it must be dish, lnb or cable.

I'll try and change the dish, since lnb and cable where bought yesterday... let's see and hope
