DM800 or TM800

I was wondering if anyone can answer as can't seem to get a diffinitive answer by searching

Are these TM800as good as they say they are do they run normal PLI etc images are they as easy to flash and use as say my DM500 or the DM counterpart??

Is the TM500 and the DM500 work the same way for example would it run commando 15.5?

i would personally buy any box other then dm800, its been a pain in the ass for me, remote unresponsive and extremely difficult to setup the hard drive.

For me the dm800 wins hands down. Support being the single best thing in buying any box.

As for the hard drive, I only ever had a issue with the dream elite 133 but it can be worked around, but pretty every other image works with no problems.

The TM800 has been a mixed bag with little or no real support.
