epg update dm800hd

i got a dm800hd when i goto do a epg update the box locks up and re starts its self i use rytec sky uk to up date and help please

If the epg is directed to your flash memory it is maybe filling your memory up and causing your box to crash.

so what do i need to do

Use a memory Stick or hard drive and direct your epg to download to the memory stick/ hdd, in the meantime it's probably wise not to update the epg if it locks your box up.

ok did that and it says sorry connection failed
