      I haven't got anything in the putty screean but I sow DM getting out of NO CA FOUND mode (wile hitting different keys on the keyboard) and getting the ip from DHCP.
      Don't forget to connect the network cable.

        Thanks, i'll keep trying.

        Any idea as to how long putty should be be connected?

        I tried hitting the keyboard for a minute or so.

        The only time there seems any type of reaction is powering the box on and off.

                I'm newbie and probably flash the wrong sim image. Is there a way to figure which sim belong to the box?

                  I'm having the same issue on a DM800 Pro where the flash of an image hung on installation and failed. Now got the CA error. Going to work though the various suggestions on this board now and report back what works for me.

                  ==========
                  UPDATE:
                  ==========

                  Okay here is how I got on.

                  For me I couldn't get past the Err01 No CA Found so when turning on and holding the power button it wasn't getting an IP address.

                  I downloaded hyperterminal from here and used the suggested speed settings from this thread. For info I am using a USB to serial then serial cable to box.

                  Once connected I didnt have any luck pressing keys suggested earlier so I resorted to to mashing the keyboard for a while then eventually the box restarted which was my prompt to hold down the power button to start the process of ***STOP*** showing the ip address.

                  I could then connect using my browser and flash a new image. My own problems came about as i was trying ot flash OpenPLI on a clone box. I have now got a work around by finding a clone friendly patched version of OpenPLI from here: http://www.multiupload.co.uk/E55UX90AEK but importantly I first flashed the sim201_ssl84 file and rebooted.

                  Now all working well.

                  Sorry i cant be more exact than 'mashing the keyboard' but i had to do this a number of times and each time this approach worked eventually.

                  Good luck everyone, and if anyone decides to give up and wants rid of their box let me know
