    HELP NEWBIE unable to install CCcam on dm800hd pvr

    can someone help??

    i've previously had dm500 and now i have bought dm800 hd pvr, im clueless about how to install CCcam.

    i have gemini 5.1 and im not sure if thats the best image in terms of reliability. i just dont understand how to install cccam... i have read that i can only install it manually via temp folder.

    1) what is the best/latest cccam?
    2) some cccam are in RAR file, therefore do i transfer the whole file in temp folder as RAR and extract it via dm800 remote???

    If not... where do i put each folder or file?

    finally where do i put the cccam.cfg file?

    ps not sure if i like gemini 5.1 because channel display is crap and dont think i can change it in the image.

      Try installing TSpanel on your image and you can install cccam and configs and lots of other stuff to get you up and running,If you don't like the image you have flash a new image to your box, plenty out there - newnigma,nemesis,dream-elite to name some, just make sure to flash the correct image that suits your box ,I've personally never liked Gemini for some reason.

          Visit the forum more frequently, not only when you have problems. I have learnt so much from reading other peoples threads just out of curiosity. you will get a much wider breadth of knowledge

              iv just installed dream elite 3.0 on dm 800hd can anybody tell me how to install the cam which buttons do i press
