lost provider file

hi could any one tell me where I can put a new provider file
to replace the one that gone missing, dm800 se clone as i can't download my crossepg till I do, cheer's to all

yeah it's one of the system files that crossepg provider uses to
hold provider id info ie: open tv providers mines gone west?

Try uninstalling crossepg, reboot the box, and then reintsall.
