USB not reading in dm800 clone

Hey guys,

Got a 16gb kingston USB in my dm800 clone but it isn't reading it, use the dream eleite image 3.0, and I go device info and there's nothing there.

I want to set up cross EPG and picons via USB but it doesn't read it?

stick it in your PC and format it fat32 then try

Should have said. Already formatted it for fat32.
