unable to flash

wanted to put a new image on via the web browser way.
never had problems in the past, power down then power back, keep your fingrer on the power button, wait till you see ip address and stop etc etc.
on this occasion, when i get the stop and put the ip addresss into my browser, i only get the dm control panal come up and not firmware upgrade button that enables me to flash.

there is an error code that comes up ( cant remember now)
in a red square.

i have a ferrari sim card in, but i wouldnt of thought that this would have made any diffrence.
any body else had this and whats the solution,
i know i could go the dream up way, but that takes ages!!!

Maybe that part of the Bootloader has got corrupted, I've seen the same once but Optiflasher still flashed OK.

DreamUP or Optiflasher shouldn't take any longer than via the WebIF - unless you configure them not to use the Network.
