How to install a Bouquet?

Can anyone help me with installing a Bouquet on a 800hd pvr

just download sgt flip flops boquets from this forum and use dreambox edit to load them

Or if you use dreamboxuk image you can download them straight to the box for your specific region, you can also grab em off tspanel but its hit+miss from there
