Nova HD channs on dm800 clone

hello
i have one dm800 clone with sim2.01 on hotbird 13E
i can see hd channs withour problem from many providers ( as skyitalia, cyfra etc) but i have problems with Netmed hd
the problem is in sat scan didnt find any hd channs from Netmed provider...
can anyone knows to help me pls ???

press menu
press setup
press service searching
press manual scan

then copy what is in the picture and press ok

a dedicated reciever to view them
like the digialb hd needs on 16e

i was made a manual scan but nothing found ...
and now i have and one other problem ...
i can see only free chans and i think that my emus works ok ...
any idea?

i can see hd from other providers ( italian or polish )
but in frequency of nova nothing found ....

the problem was my dish and my lnb ...
i replace them and now i receive the second netmed provider with the HD chans
so now i can see hd from that provider but without sound
any idea how to fix it ?

Sound problem

I have the same problem on sound on novacinema HD and Discovery HD showcase on a dm800hd clone.I have picture but no sound any ideas? I have enigma 2.
