Dreambox 800 se hd

Hi guys another question how do i back up my image on dreambox 800 se hd ? Gone through the settings to
Please select medium to use backup location
1. Flash is listed but i press ok and nothing happens pls help !

cant flash to that m8 ,, usb or harddrive only

dont just put a usb in , turn off box first and reboot
