help with dreambox800se clone

just got dreambox800se problem is cant find all satilites on box i have open pli image advance tuner shows 19.0e 13.oe and 30west but no signal

Put on a new set of bouquets on it.
Is it on a fixed dish or motorised dish?

Sounds like you havent set up your tuner mate if you cant get any channels.
Are you using Usals? You will need to put in the correct long and lat to get a lock.
If the dish is pointing to the moon then you wont get nothing no matter what bouquets you put in.

Heres a picture of my usal settings if that helps.

Put your full address in the website below and get your longitude and latitude but make sure you put it in correctly.
If its wrong it wont drive to the correct position.
Usals is far the easiest way if you're new to sat.

They should work by just pressing ok and entering the details, although that happend to me today, which image are you using on your box
