Friend of mine has purchased a vu+ with hdd installed , he put his gift in all channels clearing except HD ones , the gift was in opeboxs 10 clearing fine , he has tried different cam's , image on it is blackhole he's afraid to flash it as he might lose warranty .. any ideas ??

is this duo, solo, or uno and clone or genuine ?
he can flash box ok to try another image then if that does not work he can flash image it came with to return box if it turns out to be faulty
did he do a channel scan or just load someones channel list? -
thanks mate sorted turned out to be lnb slightly out would pick up the sd ok but not the HD sortedcheers
