Possible box problem

Hi all

I seem to have recently started to get a problem with me DB 800 pro HD (clone)

There is a certain channel I go on where the picture comes on fine but then after a few seconds it's starts to break up and the screen goes black and it says tunner fail then has a 4 count.

I switch to another channel then back and it works

Any ideas of what could be wrong ?

Weather is fine , other channels work fine

check on kingofsat for correct info on that channels maybe its off and tuner cant lock on weak signal.
