lost satellite

I have the dreambox sun800 hd se the problem is i seem to have lost the satellite signal or so i think.When i switch it on and go to my favourites all the programs are greyed out and there is no epg beside them and if if open up a program i get the message "service unavailable,check tuner configuration" this is where i am stumped where do i look and what can i do.

Hi mate

Hit menu>setup>service searching>tuner configuration, then OK. Then you should be able to set up the sats you want to use>save and exit out.
Should be all you need to do mate.

Thank you very much for your solution it worked ok,just waiting for the cccams to kick in but all the non sat channels are ok.Allan
