DM800 problem with motor

    DM800 problem with motor

    Hi guys,

    I'm trying all day to setup a dm800 with a strong dm2100 rotor (disecq 1.2).
    In Germany

    I'm receiving the 19.2E Astra without any problems.
    But when I want to change satellite it isn't able to change.

    In tuner config I tried different settings.
    The easy setup, but then the motor turns to far and I'm not able to configure it.
    The advanced setup, but then the tuner can't find ay signal while my backup satbox receives full signal. Seems like it can't read de LNB at that moment.

    Tried de automated Disecq a/b/c/d function, but then the motor won't rotate.

    Please help...

    I'm running enigma2 (BL 76) with Blackhole image.

      Setting should be

      Simple
      positioner
      your longitude
      your latitude

          set up using usals and enter your long/lat
          dm500hd -dm500hd v2-vu+duo- triax 1.1m - inverto lnb - technomate 2300 motor- linksys ddwrt router

              I have the same problem set long and lat still nojoy even was told to go to the advance settings no luck. I tryed many other images get the probelm it like the motor as a mind of its own some time it move some times it dosent. Some one said with this box there is a problem with the motor. i have the tm9100 super and i have no problems any help.

                  Look at post 2 thats the best way of doing it.
                  You must be entering the wrong long and lat.
                  If its out by a decimal point it wont work.

                      Its the same on my tm9100 super and thats works fine. the problem is that it moves to other sats but half of the time it dont. I dont think its a long lat problem it some thing else because it fine for a bit then it dont wont to move and then its ok again. Like I said its got a mine of its own.

                          As anyone had the same problem and find a fix for this? This as happend 5 images I had but is fine on the tm91000 super and 1500.

                              im using the openpli image on my box dm500hd original and usals works perfect. have you tried a pli image ?

                                  try dreambox uk image i found it very good with motorised sittings
