dreambox wont turn on

my dreambox 800 wont turn on i plug in the power supply no oled just orange and green light on the eternet port i have read lots of threads cant really get a answer to try and fix it

Hi

First thing I would try is a different power supply then take it from there.

Different PSU as pointed out in the previous post.

I would also make sure that the tuner is properly seated, maybe even try booting the box with the tuner card removed.

The other thing that might be worth doing is to check the SIM card. Check to see if it's properly seated and maybe even remove the card, give the contacts a quick clean and then try again.

Beyond that, if none of the bring the box back to life then if you have warranty then contact the seller, if not start looking at threads on where to get a box from

hi guys, i hope i'll find a solution to my problem and help at the same time.

my problem is that i uploaded a wrong image using ftp and now my dremb 500s (to which i uploaded gemini 4.70 no time bomb by hepsitekinik) it switches on, loads the first and the second image and then it goes balck.
i can't conncet to either null cable or ftp.
help please........
