    Sunray DM800 Wifi problems

I have just bought a new Sunray DM800 SE Wifi, because I have been satisfied with DM800 before. I am not a newbie in this world, but this receiver gives me grey hair.
    1. The receiver can?t find any channels on 1W and 5E even if I have configurated it correct. The cable from the satellite is in the DVB S/S2 slot. And the reciver has exactly the same setup as a simular DM800 SE Wifi, which took me 10 minutes to set up and work 100%, also with Wifi. What do I do wrong??

    2. I can?t make the Wifi work on it (it work on my simular DM800SE on the same router), but when I set in a wireless lan, it find?s the router a once. What is wrong with the wifi on it.

    3. I have tried 3 different images (now Oozoon), but without any luck. I think I should have bought a DM800SE Clone as the last I bought, because this works perfect on the same dish.

Have you tried taking a full backup of the image on the working box, then loading that on the new box?

You can easily take a full SIM2 backup image from TSPanel.

No, maybe this was a good idea. But can it be a problem that the one receiver is a Sunray DM800SE Wifi and the other receiver is a Dreambox DM800 SE Wifi. On The dreambox there is not 3 slots for antenne/dish, only one. But it is a receiver problem, because when I set the Dm800 in the satellitecable, everything works perfect also Wifi. How do I copy an image to another receiver??

They are exactly the same box, just a different tuner in your Sunray.

Take a SIM2 Image backup from the TSPanel - System Tools
