about dvi

hi i got dm800hd orignal with blackhole image the problem is with dvi im getting no video singnal from it works with scart but not dvi cable did flashed on and off tv and the box but still the same problem no video singnal xbox works prefect in on the tv any idea please

Maybe wise to try another power supply, they are prone to failure an seen a dodgy one give the issues you got, might be wrong so prob best to borrow one from somebody just to test
