Cross epg and Rytec problems

Can anyone comfirm that retec is not working. I had this problem for a long time now and i read that it dont work with dm800se clone. As anyone else have the same problem ( MEDIAPREM ) works fine.

alright mate i would recommend using opentv for ur epg always reliable because it pulls the data using the dish!

Thanks for that but can you confirm that there is a problem with rytec and why is this?

there's no problem with rytec here mike.... think you need your epg providers updated mate

I have udated it in the cross epg menu still nojoy.

The problem is when i use rytec i get error messages and no epg comes up. The others providers are ok but they are limited, Rytec as more epgs than the rest so I wont to get it working.

just reflashed image on dm800se clone and updated epg using rytec providers no problem at all.

do you have to update cross epg ???? if so can anyone tell me how its done ?? put it on my 800 2 days ago and now its stopped working
