no primetime channel

guys i have dm800se and have no primetime channel i tried rescanning box but still no primetime. i would like to watch the boxing to night is there a way i can manually put channel in.

Yes...menu/setup/manual scan,then punch in the details...

I've got the same problem and I cannot add it. Frustrating thing is I've left my laptop power lead in work, so I can't try different bouquets.

Hi,
I have changed the bouquet which has service info 12607 MHz H 27500 QPSK-2/3. But when i select it i get the error message service not found (SID not found in PAT).

Has anyone got any suggestions how i can fix this?

im having the same problem - this seems to be widespread on many e2 settinngs and boxes , can anyoen shed any light why this is happening on some boxes and not on others ??
