    800HD SE Stop Recording Halfway

hi all, i got a 800hd se clone with a 320gb internal hdd (7200 rpm) and loaded with ssl 84b/newnigma 3.2 image and non wifi ver but having front processor ver 3. i got this timed recording problem - it stopped halfway. my selected timing was 120 mins of recording but a few times it stopped at 63 min, 72 mins and even freezes the whole box. tried a few times but same results. read somewhere that front processor ver 3 has this problem in standby mode. i switched the box ON all night and tried but same result.

anyone got any advice? thanks in advance.

How is the HDD formatted, if FAT32 then that has a filesize limit of 4gb.

If it's not FAT32 then connect to the box using DCC and check the size of the recording it's made.

the hdd was initialised and mounted by the box itself. so it has to be ext3 format.
