RevM Tuner 800se

I was thinking of getting a better tuner for my 800se, but it seems the better tuner is only for the 800hd pro, has anyone installed one of these in the 800se?

whats wrong with your tuner i got a dm800se signal is a bit weaker but never had any glitching with.

My tuner is fine on 28.2 and most other sats, I just need that bit extra to be able to clear a couple of the others

What you trying to pick up mate? Ive never had a problem with the tuner on 800se. You sure its not a dish/lnb/satellite problem..

I get DM800SE with the Rev M tuner, only difference is a different tuner backplate with 2 holes instead of 1, they go in the same slot on the Motherboard.

i havent had any issues with the factory fitted tuner on my SE , picks up everything my dm800 pro with rev-m did

I think its a bigger dish you need because I fitted a rev m tuner that improved signal strength slightly but as for picking up other sats that's down to size and location of your dish
