DM800 Original image

Ive had my original DM800 since 2009 with blackhole image 0.9.
Its working really well.
Should I update this image with a newer version?
If yes does it matter which image and bootloader I use.

If it's not broken then no real point

if you do update then i am sure you will see an improvement in pic quality , updated a unit last week and the improvement in PQ was massive,
obviously make sure you select an original image only and preferably one of the latest

Thanks for the replies.
I will update the image to see if there is improvement. Does anybody know if the bootloader version is important for original images?
