hello my dm800 led display is not turning on and the remote is not but the box will boot up fine

just a update the led screen is backup and running but the romote is still not responding -
Check the front panel connector in the box.
Also check the remote is working, you can do this by using a mobile phone camera. point the remote at the camera lens and press a button, if the remote is working you should see a flash.
Lastly, the obvious things, you've checked the batteries and checked that the remote is set to dream and that someone hasn't pressed the TV button?
