800se clone - Problem Voltage mode(13&18v channels ok but not on polarization)

Hello Guys!! newbie here on dm800se (previous owner of openbox s9). I have problem with my channels and any help is appreciated!

    Brief background:
    - 800se clone - Dream-Elite v2.0-e2/experimental 2011-05-01
    - Universal LNB
    - Hotbird Satelite
    - CCcam client
    - Advance reception settings: hotbird,lnb1,auto,universal lnb, 18v or 13v,no,band,1.2,none,none,no,no,committed-tonubust,none,none,

With openbox all channels were ok but with dm the following problem is still unsolved. When I have the reception settings in polarization mode no channels are coming in the search results. When I put the 18v mode some channels are coming from hotbird. When I put the 13v mode some other channels are coming but not all of the as they are separate. For instance when I want to watch sly IT i need to turn my setting to 18v and when I want to see al jazzzzeeera sport i need the 13v mode. I want to be both without changing any settings.
I already checked within the forum and i think my settings are ok.
Could it be an lnb problem for not finding channels on polarization.

    Thank you in advance!

Guys after 2 weeks searching I finally found the issues. My lnb was turn clockwise instead of anti-clockwise so the polirazisation search was bringing no channels on. THe correct turn is from left to right!
    Take care!
