changing spinners?

i've downloaded loads of spinners from tspannel, but dont know how to change 'em, i've gone through all the menus & tried to look for a spinners manager on TSPannel but no joy.

any pointers please?

its been a while since i changed a spinner , but dont think there was a sub-menu , just changed it on the one menu in tsp and rebooted.
