Dreambox 800HD per using enigma 2

When searching for the nova channels on my dreambox i am unable to find any of the Nova GR channels. i find most of the others except for them. On my other dreambox 500 i am able to find them with the same dish. Can someone please help me!

Get the frequency from the DM500 and do a manual scan on that frequency on the DM800.

I've done that and its unable to find any of the channels. not really sure what the problem is. is it the image?

stick a multi sat channel listings....that has nova on it. should do it.
