    Dm800 problem

Hi guys i have got a dm800hd sim201 on bootloader 76c on the pheonix dreamelite 1.33 image. However on this particular box it keeps making it crash green screen then it gets stuck on booting, a reflash cure the problem for 3 days or so. Any ideas what the solution could. In addition the box is connected to the tv using scart, this is the only one i have connected using a scart and its causing me issues

    Cheers guys

Yh i thought over heating also but i got a few boxes as u say with some fans disconnected and they are running fine. Reason its using scart is because the guy hasnt got a hd tv, i was thinkn is the scart drawing excessive power on hd channels possibly?

when the green-screen happens it will create a crashlog somewhere in your media folders , either usb or hdd , should give some info as to whats causing the crash

Not sure were they would save too in the absense of a media/storage folder, probably there somewhere , certainly worth having a poke around with an ftp programme

Ok mate will have a check but the box doesnt boot back up once it crashes so i would unable to ftp to it. I put another image on, will so how i go from here. I have a feeling its crashing because its using scart.

the crash log will still be there when you restart mate , think it can store several logs (each will have a date in the crashlog title)

most crashes are due to no space on the flash after you install ts panel addons and bouqets..check how much room you have left.
