800hd clone problem

i have recently purchased 800hd clone but when i was switchig it on the power accidentally switchrd off and now it only boots up to ***stop*** signal. my box is sim2.01 ssl84a i have tried to cure problem using serial cable and everything seemsto be ok but after70+minutes i get message 010 invalid image(or old version) i have tried many clone images but always get this result i have scanned forum for solution but i now need some help please ken

probably a stuuupid question but you are unzipping your image before flashing right ? , the image must end with dotNFI
