    dm800hd doesn't coop with motor

    hi guys,
    a few weeks ago i've set up dish motor on my dm800hd and everything was fine untill yesterday. i had a few satellites with good signal but for some reason yesterday box lost connection with motor. its still power up motor (green led on) but box is not speaking to motor and dosen't get any signal from dish. i thought maybe this is motor but green led is on as i mentioned so it's not a motor. coaxial are ok aswell. then i reflashed box with three other images but with no luck, motor doesn't listen. so i deceided to change box to try motor and i used my old dm500. everything is working. can move dish, can store satellites so everything with motor software is fine. i moved to check my dm800 on stationary dish, bcos i thought maybe there is tuner issue but is tuning so can watch channels from that satellite. so box is fine, motor is fine and there is only problem since yesterday with box/motor coop.
    any idea what could happend and any solution? please!

      A litlle more info is required please before we can help you further as in what make of motor and how old is the DM800 and have you ever changed the PSU at any point, Infact as a first test why not try the PSU of your DM500 on the DM800 and see if that resolves the issue.

          PSU, PSU or PSU I think mate! You wouldnt expect it to be that but wouldn't be suprised if it was.

                  new horizons motor is a few weeks old, dm i bought on ebay a couple months ago so not sure how old is it, previous image nabilo blackhole v12 ssl72 upgraded to blackhole by ramiMAHER ssl84a and everything was spot on. i've check also image with ssl84b but no diffrence then back to first nabilo ssl72 but still nothing.
                  yes i've change power cable a few times between boxes and in fact my dm500 is working now on dm800 power cable so there is everything ok with it.
                  dm500 speaking to motor on both power cables, dm800 not on either.
                  HELP

                      sorted just to let you know my dm800hd is working with positioner again. i dont know what's happened but i deceided to reflash once again and this time helps.
