hello people of DK i am have problems flashing a new image to my dm800 i have try dreamup it finds dm800 and doesnt do anymore and holding to power does nothing it use boots up any please

are you pulling the power cable from box, then holding in button then put power cable back in ?

is the box connected to your router as this point?

Hi Stew,

As Rodbouy said have you pulled the power lead then kept your finger on the on/off button on the front? Does it say "stop" and list a 192.168.X.X address?
You need that 192 number to put in your laptop for a web address.
If its not connected to a router you won't get that number.
