Hi, just upgraded from a DM500 to a DM800HDse. Trouble is when i open the var folder there is no etc folder. Is it in another location ?

In root - ie just /etc/ not /var/etc/ -

CCcam.cfg goes in /etc/, OScam or Newcamd files could go in several places, /etc/tuxbox/config/ or /etc/keys/ amongst others.Comment

For whatever reason this file is either not there or is very well hidden. I eventually thought to try copy and paste from my DM500 and it worked. Sorted.Comment

some images do not contain the cfg file and cams as certain sites/forums wont host images containing them.. these needed to be added after flashing.Comment
