got a dm800hd and all of a sudden the picture was all pixel is this the tuner fail as my other box is ok with same server ???? and how do i check if the tuner is no good

seems like a faulty tuner if says tune failed, you tried reflashing letting it cool down, also does sd channels work ?

My DM800 occasionally says tune failed and I have to just reboot the box, It's a pain in the ass but the reboot usually works, As the last post says sometimes the box gets hot and thats when mine usually fails, when you go to bed put the box into standby by pressing the power button on the remote.

Ive reflashed mine and it makes no difference at all.

thats a faulty tuner mate, come arcross it before, even happens when have a laptop usb cooler on it, changed tuner and now perfect no need for usb cooler either

you say you have another box are you using a splitter if you are try removing it
