2 motor problems anyone advise

Hi all sat heads
i have bean having a few problems with 2 dreambox setups
1 dm800 sr sunray 4 clone ramimaher 3.2.1 2012 06 14
have tryed varius settings in tuner setup ect sometimes the dish moves and sometimes it wont ?????????
any advice as iv read my head sore now thanks or if a no go anyone nr portsmouth want to earn some money to set up

moter moves ok
but tuner says 28.2 when dish on 19 ???? so channels wont clear as its on wrong sat have i done something wrong or is it a software prob

motor problems

1st one sounds like it might just be loose connection on 1 of the cables ,cut it and replace connector, 2nd sounds like alignment,if 1st dosnt work try different program, i had trouble with mine last week, reflashed it and its working fine now, had same as your 2nd one few months back and it just needed re-alignment.
