HD SE Satellite locked up!

Hi Guys,

Need a little help please, I've had a DM800 HDSE working on multi sat for a year or so no problem then last night I couldn't get a lock on anything.

This morning when I've checked the dish motor the green light is off guessing its locked up or something?

Any advice would be appreciated!

Hi. If the green light is OFF it means either you have cable connection problems or faulty motor. I usually check cable at motor end with a sat meter to see if power is coming from receiver(ie the meter will light up and beep). If meter does not beep then problem is at receiver end.
