Just performed a scan after importing the bouquets and still only pulling in 492 channels.

it must be a lnb, dish or cable or tuner problem
have you got another box to try just to test to rule out some of these

I was thinking it could be a dish problem, I think its an old pre sky+ dish. But if it was the dish/line wouldn't that also affect the FTA channels which are coming in fine and strong?

if only pulling in 492 channels on a scan gotta be some thing from the lnb>dish>cable>tuner or a bad psu not putting right power to tuner as i had this once not saying it is but
