Hi all,Is there anyway back from my silly mistake I made?!!!!!
I accidentally deleted a line from the boot menu Now I can't connect with the box using DCC or any of the Dreamup patched or original Do I have to dig a deeper hole than the one I'm in
Please help

why not try a fresh install of an image, as i sure that will solve your issues, if you have a special gift on there, record what it is and add once you have reflashed

Thanks for reply I have tried to connect box with all dreamup's plain and patched and also with no ca but won't talk to box I also tried to with ip address still no luck the box is not talking to computer and the "boss"is not talking to me thanks again

More problems with usb HDD

Hi, It's me again with my problems.I connected an USB HDD to my Dreambox 800HDse With black hole image I can mount it (which mount should select media or usb?) The box sees harddrive when I save it and restart but when iI try to initialize it is says can't mount failed Please tell me what I am doing wrong

Thanks for your reply I tried format I think dreambox used linux format but still won't work when I plug usb it sees and plays the movies on HDD
