Flash Erase option dreamup and DM800 HD

HI everybody

exist any way to active or force the option "FLASH ERASE" in any version of dreamup or any other flash tool with dreambox DM800 HD ?

I believe flash erase was an option in earlier versions of dreamup. I have searched many times to no avail. Some say that later versions erase automatically prior to flashing but I'm not so sure. If you find the Holy Grail post it.
