My dreambox died tofday RIP

My box died today 23/9/12 RIP, Through me being stupid, Basically I bought a spare from E*ay, rev m motherboard, rev m tuner and sim 2.10, The one I bought boots up fine but does not recognise tuner, Tried the tuner plus the other rev m tuner that came with it in my box and basically it hasnt worked since. My box, sim2.01 rev m tuner recognises the tuner but has no power output through it, Now my question is can these boxes be fixed? I have tried many images and a few tuners that I know worked. But allways get the same problem. Tuner not found and no signal on my box. Help please as all I have now is my Qbox hd mini to play with.

first off you should try flashing a new image. then report back if it's still not sorted.

What revision is the motherboard? if its an old one it might not support the rev M tuner.

The dm800se is different from the dm800 i don't think the tuners are compatable with each other.

Sorry not an se tuner it was it was a pro! had www.dm800sim2.com rev m tuner written on it. but upon fitting that then replacing it with the original rev m that was in it i get no signal and no power output from the original tuner. cant figure out why. but when looped from the qbox tuner out to the dm800 tuner in, it works so it must have blown something on the board.
Im stumped! now I have three boxes that dont work!

The faulty box bought that does not recognise tuner is labelled as Dreambox DVB800hd pvr. I take it that thes boxes take the standard cloned images or are they others available. If I knew what image came withit I would try that. Anyone have one labelled as mine that can pass on this info?

tried the image and still getting Tuner A empty, thanks anyways

took the box apart and it looks like it has blown l33 and l33 on the underside of the motherboard.
Anyone got a spare motherboard they would like to sell or trade for a tuner or whatever.
