3 new dm800s all say tuner failed

they are the 801A and i just tryed replacing the cap under the tuner, it had a 16v 330uf, i tryed a 16v 470uf and a 16v 1000uf still nojoy, but i also replaced the cap on my old box, the tuner i used to test these boxes and now the HD channels work, so got 1 tuner sorted but still have 3 that only find 485 services no sd or hd movies or sports, so its not that cap, is their another i shoud try and replace... and i edited my post above to make sense

Hi Dreamuser, Tuner 801A is not capable of doing a BLIND scan. It is not made for that job. Try to make a list of frequencies which you are not recieving. Try to do a manual scan ( a test for 4 frequencies from the list)
Then see whether your box has included these 4 new frequencies. The result will give you an indication about
the capability of the box to add frequencies via manual scan.
