Tuner issue with DM800 Clone

Hi All,

I just flashed a new image onto my DM800HD Clone as it was crashing if I tried to change any settings. I think this was due to the internal flash memory being full. Tuner was working fine before i started flashing the images.

I installed DreamboxUK_v2.1.1_SIM2_84A_DM800.nfi

Downloaded the DreamboxUK bouquets. (Tried a few different images too but all seem to have tuner issues)

Edited the cccam.cfg file, restarted but it now will not pick up any channels.

Tuner comes up with: Tuner A: Not configured.

When I try to find a service it comes up with: Nothing to scan. Setup you tuner settings before you start a service scan.

Any ideas? Am I missing a step after flashing a new image?

Press menu>setup>service searching>tuner config. there you will be able to set up each sat you intend to use.
If it is just 28.2E you are looking to use, set it to simple mode on 28.2E and press ok then exit out and you should now see your channels.

Tried that but it just comes up with the
Tuner model and a 'not configured' message
