dreambox 800hd pvr problem.

i know this has been talked about loads i have read pretty much everything there is im stuck.heres my problem.hold button in at start up doesnt show stop or ip just comes up with no ca error,dreamup doesnt work have tried version mentioned in loads of posts i get no com port ive changed the com port on pc and tried that no luck.using null modem cable,the lan lights stay on all the time even with no cable in.tried all cables of my other working dm800hd no joy.i know some people say clean the sim but worried about snapping it as its really well glued on there.should i sell it on ebay for parts?

hi m8 you have changed the com port on your pc but have you changed it on dreamup use sunray dreamup and untick use this network.

cant remember off the top of my head i would have changed com port on dreamup,tbh network cant be to sure will give it a go when i get home thnx.will keep you posted.
