vu+ duo channel list some are n/a some greyed out

hi all
i have vu+duo i use/used both ratsdw channel list and sgtflip flops
now some channels come up n/a whys this?

also on the sly sports interactive
the following channel are greyed out
sly sports active 1,2,3,4,5,,10,11,12,13 can anyone advise why these 9 channels are greyed out?
if i goto all(red button) i can find them/access that way so they have been scanned on tuner

bouquets might be old and channels that have moved will be greyed out or n/a.a fresh scan always brings up the new settings and somebody will then update say sgt flipflops,from which you will need to input into box.
